It appeared they may have been doing some remodeling or restoration during my stay. I got woke up at 4:00 am to someone throwing a lot of trash into the dumpster right outside my bedroom window. The hallway had a lot of dirt and leaves on the floor due to crew members blocking the door open, not to mention the overnight temp was in the 20's . 1. The treadmill in the fitness center slips and is not safe to use. 2. The elevators and hallways smell awful at all times of the day/night. 3. My room smelled of animal urine which worsened when the heat ran. 4. I had to figure out the code to get the TV to work - the hotel staff didn't know it and couldn't figure it out. It was 0000. Without it, you only get 1 channel. 5. There is only one luggage cart to use to load/unload your car. The hotel staff often didn't know where it was. 6. Dirty room. For example, they don’t vacuum behind the night stand. Possible bug carcass in the bathroom. Will def not stay here again. On another note the front desk staff was lovely.

Not what it appears. The hotel needs many upgrades. The cuboard door in my room was broken and the toilet ran all night. You could see the base board missing in the hallways and in the rooms. Then there are two ac/heating units in the room. The old unit only blows cold air and I had to ask the front desk about unplugging it. The doors leading outside doesn’t let you in so people. We booked this hotel to get a few hours of sleep and break up our trip. We stayed about 6 hours but the hotel charged us for an extra day!! when we contacted hotels.com the hotel says we checked out a day later which we absolutely did not! Hotels.com cannot do anything bc I chose to pay at the hotel, which I will never select again. They will rip you off, DO NOT stay here!!!!

needs cleaning and repair Corridors were trashy. Tub was stained. Tub had pubic hairs from an appearently shaving Dirty floor in bathroom behind the door. Dirty floor in kitchen

When we first got there we were told the stove didn’t work. Once in the room, the microwave didn’t work, the bathroom was dirty and the leather chair was covered in sticky candy. The room was in horrible condition.
