I would never stay here again in a million years. The entire property was in horrible condition but much worse was security was horrible. At checkin I was given keys to a room that was already occupied and immediately returned the keys to the front desk asking them what will prevent them from doing the same to me. No entry Key card maker didn't work. We couldn't get in our room. We got a refund

When I arrived, they did not have any rooms available even though I had a reservation. They sent me to another extended stay where I have been waiting for 15 minutes for the clerk to show up while my 11 month old baby waits in the car with my husband. This is unacceptable because I had already paid for my stay.
NASTY This hotel has an updated decor but is very poorly kept up. Actually it's just dirty! We had to change rooms TWICE by the manager. The first room had hairs on the sheets when I pulled back the blankets. The tv and table had food fingerprints all over. The table had not even been wiped off. There was a wet towel behind the curtain in the closet! The hotel manager gave us another room and this room had YELLOW STAINS ON THE SHEETS AND MORE HAIRS!!! The room accommodation was exceptable.The cleaniness of the bathroom, elevators and a few common areas we're not accepable.Main complaint os cleaniness and the massive bug on the bedroom wall at 11pm..Food and coffee at 745 am was scarce.
