Disappointed - overpriced Was nothing like I expected, very disappointed in the hotel. The overall condition is dreary, damp, and has a moldy smell. There were small bugs on the non-working a/c unit. Just felt very unclean while I was there.

I wanted to pay cash but couldn't. If I liked the stay I would have stayed three more nights. However, the bathroom was not clean. It was a sanitary item on the floor that did not belong to me. The tissue needed to be replaced. There was a condom wrapper on the floor near the bed again not mine. The back door to the hotel on the 1st floor was not secure. Hotel was so dirty. I looked at 2 rooms before settling on the 3rd one. When I woke up there were bugs on the bed that I didn't see the night before. Disgusting hotel.

Cockroach, dirty sheets, dirty bathroom fixtures, and the room smelled strongly of smoke even though it’s a no smoking room.

I was tossed around to 3 different rooms before check in. All rooms were not cleaned properly. The front desk person Trice was great. She had to come change our sheets and mop our floor after she was already off work because her staff was so poor. There dog poop in the hallway for crying out loud. As this location was loser to where we needed to be we came to the extended stay in cary north Regency park because we knew Drexel runs a tighter ship. It was cheap so I didn’t expect much, but the staff were rude and then they charged another $90 2 days after the stay and still haven’t told us why! We called and they are rude, hung up twice, keep putting us on hold and can’t even tell us why we were charged, much less give us our money back!
