Check in and found large puddle of water in bath. I used one (of only two) towels to wipe up. I thought was toilet leak and notified staff, they never looked at or seemed concerned. In addition, no soap, shampoo and I also found maids pass key left on floor of room, I assume she left in a rush, lucky for me at least the bed was made!

Did not get room i bought. Property disgusting. Have stayed in over 500 hotels and this was the worst. Seriously. Gonsleep on the bathroom floor of a truck stop before you stay here.

Advertised as having a pool and continental breakfast. Pool closed and no area or even chairs outside near the pool just to sit and relax. Breakfast: coffee, hot chocolate packages, and granola bars all strewn about on the counter. Smoke alarm in room went off. I called the front desk, was told she’d be there in ~15 mins...never came. The place was “stayable” but definitely not enjoyable.

The entire place needs a good cleaning. Everything is dirty and wore out.

The air conditioner had mold all over it. The bath tub was full of mildew and the hotel room smelled really horrible. The beds were clean and comfortable.

Will not recommend this hotel at all. There was no breakfast as advertised. The appearance was way below standards. Place was filthy.

The hotel was so nasty I drive back home which was a three hour drive. I came to North Carolina to celebrate my birthday and was very disappointed. The showers was nasty and molding. The fire alarm was hanging out the ceiling which I have pictures. The bed had blonde long hair and I am black with no hair !!!! This was the worst hotel and EXPERIENCE OM MY LIFE !!!
