Secure the bags alert Someone (Staff) was stealing out my room. Started taking before & after pictures after a lot of Several times things missing.Several times a week. Room was being used while I was at work. Told manager she never did ANYTHING but talks rude to everyone who has encountered her . Not clean as I expected. Also 7am someone is trying to enter with a key.

Kitchen is convenient but lots of broken things. Had difficulty checking in. Desk couldn’t find reservation. Room is ok. Stains on carpet, two were sticky. One stove burner was broken. Stove light doesn’t work. Water was lukewarm for two days. Shivered in the shower. Kitchen items were sparse but no coffee machine. Bedding was comfortable. Only 3 drawers in room that sleeps 5. Have to walk to desk to get clean towels everyday. Pool was closed on Saturday, the only day we could swim. Hallway frequently smelled of marijuana de... read more

Very rude employees, filthy hotel, if something doesn’t work like or microwave they won’t do anything. I have videos of the room I wish I could share. AC rattles all night, rub didn’t drain, soap residue in tub from previous guest. Booked King when got there said they didn’t have any, keys have to be reprogrammed everyday which is just something they do to everybody which is not convenient because you don’t know until you’ve walked all the way to your room. And after all this, they did nothing to make any of it right

Things could have been better... I was in North Carolina for business for 4 days and decided to stay at this Extended Stay because it was close to the job site I was visiting. The hotel was just OK...I felt that the room could have been cleaner, the trash in the kitchen was not dumped, the sheets on the bed didn't fit properly, the room only had 1 bar of soap, the thermostat for one of the air conditioners did not work, no plates, no silverware, 2 disposable plastic cups, and the cable to the TV was pulled completely out of ... read more

Would not recommend This was for a brief overnight stay as it was close to the airport for a 6 AM flight departure. Our room was absolutely filthy. There were strands of hair wrapped in the refrigerator handle. There were splashes of who knows what all over the fronts of the kitchen and bathroom cabinets. The chairs at the "kitchen island" were so gross. We had to cover them with towels before we even sat in them. The sofa bed wasn't even made up, and we went to the front desk who said they'd send linens, but they never did.... read more

I WAS GIVEN A ROOM THAT HADNT BEEN CLEANED, AFTER SWITCHING ROOMS THE TOILET IN THE CLEAN ROOM DIDNT FLUSH I REQUESTED SOMEONE SHOULD COME UP AND FIX THIS . I WAS TOLD "THERE IS NO ONE HERE TO FIX THIS I SHOULD FIX IT MYSELF"I WENT AND DID JUST THAT! THERE WAS BLOOD ON THE WALL BESIDE THE BED AND COFFEE SPILT ON KITCHEN AREA FLOOR . I DIDNT SEE ANY HOTEL STAFF UNTIL I WAS LEAVING THEY WERE IN THE HALLWAY CLEANING UP WATER WHICH MADE ME FEEL I WASNT THE ONLY PLUMBING ISSUE THEY HAD WILL NEVER STAY WITH EXTENDED STAY AGAIN
