Not Safe I was traveling alone for business. I booked hotel online at orbitz. When I walked in hotel no front desk staff. I use house phone to contact reservationist, I waited about 13min.until front desk staff returned. He was very polite no uniform. He checked me rather quickly, courteous and friendly. The disappointment came when I went to my room 204. The safety lock didn’t work properly. It was a very unease feeling be alone. Hotel was nasty. Recliner was broke so I called the front desk to see if I could swap for one that reclines and was told no. Elevators were gross. Room was nasty. Trash was everywhere outside and in elevators. Never again will I stay here.

Go somewhere else Trash not empty; dirty wash cloth in kitchen sink; hair on bed; food left in fridge. Ride down the road to another hotel.

The staff was welcoming and helpful but the entire room was disappointing.

Front the lobby to the hallways to the room, they were are obviously dirty. Initial room assignment was apparent that someone had been laying in the bed. Towel and soap had been used. Toilet and tub was both dirty. Second room was better but still dirty. The kitchenette stove was dismantled and not usable. Noted several other guest with similar complaints.

Friendly staff so they get 4 stars and a shout out. Price was reasonable. But that's all. This hotel is awful. We have stayed at extended stay hotels/efficiency units in Florida, the Northeast and Canada many times and until now they have always been great experiences. It's nice to have the kitchen so that we don't have to eat at restaurants every day. This hotel doesn't equip the kitchenette; you must get dishes, pots, pans and utensils from the front desk and even then its a minimal service for one. Also had to get linens... read more

Worthless shuttle and smells bad!!! Do not stay!!! Horrible. The whole point of booking this was for the shuttle to RDU- which they failed to mention didnt run early in the AM and took over 30 minutes to pick us up! We wnded up having to call a cab both times. The staff was very unhelpful when we asked about their transport policies. Also There was apparently a marijuana convention as everything from the lobby up smelled of the foul stuff. NEVER AGAIN!!! DON'T STAY THERE!!! The customer service is terrible!!!! Check in is at 3pm they didn't let me check in til 4pm. Even then the room didn't have towels or rags or pillow cases. The elevator seem like it was going to break down at any moment. So its best to just take the stairs. I don't recommend anybody to stay here
