Had a ground floor room near the lobby & elevator. So noisey! All night long people were coming in & out screaming, laughing, banging on the walls. It was awful. Uncomfortable beds & poorly cleaned rooms. And our non-smoking room sure smelled like smoke.

Never again Room had bad smell, hallway had bad smell. Front desk was rude. Bathroom smelled like urine

Worst Hotel I've Stayed In We had a horrible experience at this hotel. We booked a night here to stay after our plane landed late and before heading to the coast. I had booked another night prior to our return flight and decided to cancel it . When we got there we were put in a second floor room and informed that the most convenient elevator did not work. The first thing I did was go to the sink and wash my hands - a cochroach dropped out into the sink! Dirty toilet seat, dead spider in the tub. It was late and I was too tired to leave. Woke up in the morning with a rash on the back of my neck from sleeping on the pillow. Gross experience!!

I should've stayed somewhere else My room was filthy. The room had a old musty odor and smelled like cigarette smoke. The dining table had dried sticky food on it, the bed sheets were dirty. The room was missing it's tv remote. The bathroom shower had dirt and scum. I had to call down for new bedding and a remote. The hotel listing said free breakfast. Completely misleading. NEVER AGAIN The room had a horrible smell, there was trash in the elevator, with an open beer bottle. There were cigarette burns on the shower curtain, and the room just wasn't clean, in my opinion. Will NEVER stay there again!!!!

Didn't have a tv in my room, stove was broken, I found chicken behind the chair, trash was in the hall, no one was at the front desk either of the few times I went I had to wait on someone. Breakfast wasn't so good and under the cabinet was breaking
