Very humid room with stinky smell

The General Manager was awful! Very poor customer service! I will NEVER stay here again! I also found a roach in my room! Disgusting! I would not recommend this place to anyone! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL! It’s a rip off. The front desk staff was amazing. They were the only good thing about the hotel. All except the general manager. A lesson in how to treat customers is definitely needed.

I chose this hotel because they allowed dogs. It was supposed to be a non-smoking hotel, yet wreaked of cigarette smoke and also marijuana. There were cigarette burn holes in the furniture, bathroom had mold around the showerhead. There were holes in the walls. It was a complete dump.

This hotel is dirty and dated. More like a place that is used for a shelter.
