Bad service When you first walk in, it smells of cigarettes. The floor is dirty and customer service is bad and they are very uncaring.

I am worried that my car will be safe overnight This is evidently a welfare hotel I would not stay here again

The hotel was a host of disinfectant smells from the moment we walked in. Each floor, the elevator, and our room each had a distinctive smell. We wondered what they were trying to cover up. The bed was comfortable, but the sheets and covers were thread bare. The room was ugly and almost industrial in its appearance. Furniture and carpeting was old. It seemed to cater to long term use mainly. The “breakfast” area was messy but we didn’t want to eat there anyway. Staff was polite.

Great front desk service Mediocre cleanliness but the guy at the front desk was very polite and helped me with the app that made the stay better for me.
