Hallway where our room was located reeked of cigarette smoke. Our room smelled of mildew and carpet felt damp

The hallways smelled of smoke even though the room was non smoking. The refrigerator and air conditioner were noisy. If you're staying less than a week, you don't get housekeeping service. The carpet felt damp under my bare feet. A family member also staying there (we were there for a funeral) said the same thing. Breakfast was a joke. Wrapped muffins and granola bars. Not even real cream for coffee. It was served on a credenza in the lobby.

Would not stay here again. Hotel allows smoking and the smell is pervasive throughout the entire property.

Smelled like cigarette smoke and musty. A/C was meh and overall cleanliness was not great.

the experience was not good, the employees are not polite and are not trained to handle the clients who have tax exemption. They never cleaned the room during our instance and the breakfast we paid was only coffee and the first day there was no coffee.

Staff was friendly and efficient. Clean bathroom and bedding but rug seemed damp and there was a strong chemical, cleaning solution smell.

I understand the type of hotel this is but that said, the experience was particularly poor. Horrible smell throughout the underlit hallway. Terrible musty smell in the room as well ... air conditioner must have been not working properly, would blow coldish air but didn’t seem to pull any moisture out of the air.
