I did not like their breakfast options. It’s more of a grab and go with not much. Staff was slow but very polite. House keeping was efficient. Quiet area and near banks and shopping centers.

All smiles Friendly personnel, great service, Gave me information on what was going on in Reno... all my questions and concern were handled. my room had minor minor problems, i told the receptionist at check out hopefully they take care of it for the next patron. other than that the room was good I would definitely stay there again!

Clean, comfortable beds. Expedia needs to have a “Pet “ request section for reservations.

I like the fact the room set up, Didnt like there was no ice machine and also that they advertised continental breakfast and it wasnt. It was only a coffee bar
