Great newer place with friendly stay simple amenities but if that's not what you're looking for and just need a nice place to crash it's amazing. Kitchen appliances are dated but work great. The room didnt come with utensils of cups but all in all a nice clean place.

I didn't like that our suite smelled of cigarettes when it states on the website that all suites are non-smoking. I didn't care for their grab-n-go breakfast. They had mini muffins, instant oatmeal, coffee/hot chocolate. They should consider offering yogurt and/or fruit which would work better for grab-n-go, not oatmeal you have to make.

not bad No exercise room, no breakfast/lounging area. People were nice, room was nice but a little out dated. Id say 6 out of 10

I did not like their breakfast options. It’s more of a grab and go with not much. Staff was slow but very polite. House keeping was efficient. Quiet area and near banks and shopping centers.

All smiles Friendly personnel, great service, Gave me information on what was going on in Reno... all my questions and concern were handled. my room had minor minor problems, i told the receptionist at check out hopefully they take care of it for the next patron. other than that the room was good I would definitely stay there again!
