I should ask for a refund… Room smelled bad. Mattress was hard as a rock. Bathroom door had an in repaired hole in it. Coffee in the morning undrinkable.

Bed bugs My room had bed bugs. They did not activate until my second night. The sofa in the room was filthy.

I want a refund !! I was given a handicap room on the 2nd floor. WHY would you book me a reservation. I am not handicapped. The people over me stomped on the floor. I saw roaches. They have 5 dryers and 3 washing machines but only 2 washing machines work.

The first room that I was given was infested with fleas. They did give me another room, but I was very wary after that. The hot water took forever to get warm and never made it to hot.

Cockroaches in the room. They switch us to a different room and there was still cockroaches in the new room. And they say they will reimburse me back $106.00 and still don’t see the refund yet.
