We had roaches in our bed and our bathroom the bathroom lights over the mirror didn’t work and when my boyfriend went to ask about it they said they had no light bulbs then the floor we stayed on smelled awful the whole stay we could only have two towels in the room we couldn’t afford to leave because of our situation but we left Sunday morning and the snacks are over priced the staff if rude they stayed Otp our whole check in process the phone in our room didn’t work there were kids running up n down the hallway at all hour... read more

Gross Place is a dump. Reaks of weed and cleaning supplies smell throughout the place. Small dead roach was in the bathroom. Water pressure for the sink was messed up and small drain of water came out only. Mold and mildew around the shower and bathroom. Only 2 pillows on the bed. stains on the sofa bed of god knows what. don't stay here.

The first room we were given did not lock from the outside. The second room we were given had a nonworking tv, no towel bar in the bathroom, a tub that ran water all night long and a stove dial that kept turning on. The baseboard in the main hallway was missing. I will say that the front desk gal was very friendly, professional and kind. Please do NOT stay here.

HORRIBLE Was there for an hour, first set of keys didn’t work, second set didn’t work, the new room didn’t have power, the next room keys didn’t work. The receptionist didn’t care. She was too busy on the phone. Smelled like urine, it was so dirty

This was a 2 bedroom suite with pull out couch. No sheets were provided. No pillows for couch pull out. Apparantly they had the room listed as vacant. Near harrassment for phone calls regarding check out. Slid paper under door for issues not related to them, but apparantly everyone gets one because they are trying to evict a long term tenant. Marginally acceptable decor. Horrible experience, I feel so guilty for booking this suite for my daughter and her family, sight unseen. Of course I couldn't anticipate their poor experi... read more

The worst hotel Front desk personnel was horrible I was asked for a credit card for my 2nd day reservation after my reservation was cancelled the first night. The 2 Jamaican ladies were very rude and nonchalant. I can’t believe they are a part of the Marriot brand. They need to work for Motel 6.

There were roaches in the kitchen. The toilet leaked puddles of water at the base of the toilet. The appliances as for the oven, stove, microwave were filthy. The whole place smelled like mildew and marijuana especially in the elevator. I would like a refund of some sort. I asked and was told no.
