Smokeville USA! Avoid! The first room we were given smelled like cigarette smoke. They switched our room and it was initially much better. Then 2 hours in, the bathroom REEKED of cigarette smoke. Guests are violating the no-smoking policy and not much is being done about this! I have allergy-induced asthma and I use medically necessary contact lenses, so this is a serious health hazard for me.

The hallways and room smelled horrible. Roaches in the room. Sofa filthy and sticky. Pull out sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. Mattress was about 2 inches thick and felt every spring and metal from frame. Was unable to sleep on. We left after the first night of our stay, I didn’t even care that I lost money that I paid for the next night. Would never recommend

Overall, the property and room was fairly clean, but the first thing I found upon entering the restroom was a pubic hair on the toilet seat and no hot water to wash my hands. There was hot water for the shower though. The room was spacious, but lacked amenities like USB chargers and in-room coffee accouterments. Complimentary “grab & go breakfast” was served in the morning and at 7AM all I found was 1 granola bar, 3 packages of instant oatmeal, coffee & hot water. I arrived to Extended Stay America Suites around 5:30. When I gave the clerk my name, she told me to wait, she had to talk to her manager. The clerk came back to the office in about 10 minutes and told me that there was a problem with the room and the door could not open. I asked to another room and she stated that there were no more rooms. You think the door would have been repaired earlier in the day. I ask for a refund which I hope to receive soon. Cockroaches First off the receptionist was lovely, there was no issue with service. Within an hour of being in our room we found six cockroaches. We asked to be transferred but there were no other rooms so we were given a refund

Kitchen light didn’t work, sticky dirty floor beside the bed, bugs smushed against the wall. The staff said they didn’t have any available rooms for me to switch and offered me a $20 discount. I couldn’t find anything else somewhere else because other hotels around was booked. I will never go back there
