Over all, everything was as expended, roomy, quiet, lots of places locally to eat, could have been a bit better at the vending machines but they do have laundry, which is a nice touch, Breakfast was just a Grab n Go... not bad for what it was... 8 outta 10 for me.

The building is an older building, but we like the location near the Mall. The guest check in service was prompt and friendly. The room has all the necessary amenities, and everything works great. A plus, non smoking and no smell of bleach.

Tweaking Necessary The weekend female staff behind the front desk need other jobs - they're not "into" customer service. Especially the one that refused to get off the telephone while helping me. They could do a lot better with breakfast. They need to stop upcharging for wifi. They need to get Xfinity or invest in more channels from Dish. They need to hire more front desk folk like the young man that helped me on Friday night. They need to have a solution for when they run out of quarters.

The staff was friendly, but they weren't always at the front desk. I had to call out to them a couple times before getting help. Also, they couldn't print a page for me, because the printer wouldn't operate with the new computer. Seems odd. I asked for help finding businesses 3 times, and only 1 time did it work out well.
