Stayed for one night and the room was clean. Good price for what it offers. Kenny at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. My booking didn't go through right away, but he made sure to call customer service and get me in a room asap. Only complain I have is you can hear alot of what's going on in the hallways and the heater was making noises on and off, but overall it was comfortable. I would stay here again.

My husband checked in prior to me. When I arrived I just needed to pick up the extra key which was hassle free. The gentleman was very friendly. Elevators were quite dirty (walls and floors). Definitely needs a good scrubbing. Initial appearance of the 2nd floor was ok. Different arrays of odors but that would be expected due to the kitchens provided in each room resulting in different types of food being cooked. The staff were super friendly but what I didn’t like was the carpet being dirty in the lobby and in the hallways leading to the front of our room door. The coffee and breakfast area was dirty. Inside the elevators hashansprints (up high so kids couldn’t of done it), smudged and not a pleasant smell. This hotel could use better cleansing.

Excellent employees and great Customer Service I come often because I'm a travel nurse I always get great service from your staff they make me feel welcome they all have smiles when I come in great great customer service all of your staff are very professional they make me come back because of how professional they are and I come back every week keep up the great work extended stay employees in Richmond Ca
