I always enjoy my stay and Yana provides great customer service!
Did the job! We needed an affordable place to rest our heads for a group of 12. This place did the job! Overall condition of the property was decent -- could use some love though, it felt a little dingy. Water pressure in the shower wasn't the best; but, all in all a good place to sleep after a hard day of festival work.

Central to My Activities Base of activity was in Albany, but with 'Graduation at Berkeley' we found this the best option to dining out, visiting base event, services, and shopping options.
It was good but I smelled weed in hallways every time I walked by
Nice Stay I was met at the reception desk by a friendly receptionist. She was polite and expeditious. I got to my room and was surprised by the spaciousness. The bed met my needs and the room was clean. I have seen the negative reviews, but I like to find out things first hand. I had booked for a night, then extended. Enough said. Price was right and room was clean.
