Good night stay when bad I always stay at the Extended Stay of America in Hilltop mall Richmond C.A. But for some unknown reason i'm sleep @ about 4:00 a.m. I was awoken by a firearm and some lady walking through the hall talking about false alarm my water sprinklers came down and damage my room just because someone decided to smoke in a hotel for two hours straight that fire alarm went off I was very annoyed to the fact that I couldn't sleep.

The beds were great but the bathroom shower facet was damages not enough water on the shower and it was making a bad noise in the nosel it was not a great experience staying and tabaco on the drawer my understanding its non smoking hotel and smelling mariguna it's not right because it's not you guys not following you own rules and policy I will never will be able to book a room from you guys because I paying for non smoking hotel you guys need to work to fix all the problems on the hotel

Visiting friends The lobby staff always look mad, not very welcoming to customers and not very helpful. They take log to come help you and their is nobody waiting.
