Great for pet owners The experience was really great; the front desk representatives has been helpful and accommodating from the moment we checked in until we checked out! The hotel experience has been great for my pet dog as well; the hotel is very pet friendly and they made the while trip very relaxing not only for me but for my pet dog!!! Will definitely recommend this location and will use it again when coming back to San Francisco!!!

It was ok for a quick trip of 2 days...any longer not so...no pool.

I had booked 2 rooms with double beds. But they could accomodate only one room with double beds. So they provided two rooms with single beds. So i got three rooms with the same price, which was nice.

Family Business The hotel was conveniently located. The bathroom sink had mold under the rim along with mold in the tub around the faucet area. You had to get kitchen utensils, coffee pot.. Everything from the front desk. You couldn't get a towel unless you brought down your used ones. Another family member was on the 1st floor and looked old. Good night stay when bad I always stay at the Extended Stay of America in Hilltop mall Richmond C.A. But for some unknown reason i'm sleep @ about 4:00 a.m. I was awoken by a firearm and some lady walking through the hall talking about false alarm my water sprinklers came down and damage my room just because someone decided to smoke in a hotel for two hours straight that fire alarm went off I was very annoyed to the fact that I couldn't sleep.
