Family Reunion This hotel is centralized around everything. Shopping, movies, Highway. The area is nice, the hotel staff was very nice. We had no major complaints and would stay here again. When picking a hotel, we tried to stay within a budget, so if you dont mind straightening your own bed, or taking the garbage down the hall then you would like this hotel, they do have daily house cleaning for a small fee of 10.00 a day for those that just have to be serviced to.

Overall Good Hotel was great, staff at reception was rude.

If I had other options... No coffee machine in room, come on? No breakfast options, lame. Also, they didn't clean our room. Ive never really had that before. What hotel doesn't clean the guest's room everyday?

Great for pet owners The experience was really great; the front desk representatives has been helpful and accommodating from the moment we checked in until we checked out! The hotel experience has been great for my pet dog as well; the hotel is very pet friendly and they made the while trip very relaxing not only for me but for my pet dog!!! Will definitely recommend this location and will use it again when coming back to San Francisco!!!

It was ok for a quick trip of 2 days...any longer not so...no pool.
