Visiting friends The lobby staff always look mad, not very welcoming to customers and not very helpful. They take log to come help you and their is nobody waiting.
Only in room for few hours. OK

Staff are not nice, they have long face. No more continental breakfast :( not happy. Lobby small like cigarette or other kind of smocking. Thing that they can be fixed.

The beds were great but the bathroom shower facet was damages not enough water on the shower and it was making a bad noise in the nosel it was not a great experience staying and tabaco on the drawer my understanding its non smoking hotel and smelling mariguna it's not right because it's not you guys not following you own rules and policy I will never will be able to book a room from you guys because I paying for non smoking hotel you guys need to work to fix all the problems on the hotel
