The place not is like the photo show I paid for the pool but no pool working there, some things dirty, bed with sofa uncomfortable, no cover there for all, cigarette smell in back door
High front desk When we arrived, the front desk clerk was so high hat it took a half hour to check in. After this the room next door was yelling at each other until one in the morning. When we went to complain, another person was yelling the front desk that the air conditioning seemed to be smoking. The response they received was only not to turn it on. They didn’t even offer to change rooms for the people. On top of everything else, the shampoo was already open when we went to shower the next morning.

Hotel staff was rude, bathroom door handle in the room was broken, television in the room had a bad picture, there is a full kitchen in the room but no for kids of utensils or dishes to use. Overall poor experience. I won’t stay here again.

Nice location One room didn’t have tv working and Air condition or Heating working. Had to change to another one. Shower head was set on low water consumption that was very annoying to take shower.

Motel The hotel was not as expected. It is a motel not a hotel. Would not use another one of its kind. Surprised at the Expedia recommendation.

Dirty hotel and NO breakfast The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, but that is no excuse for the level of dirtiness that I encountered. The carpet in my room had not been vacuumed, the toilet paper holder was broken off of the wall and simply placed on a shelf near the bathroom. The toilet paper had then been put on the back of the toilet. The blackout curtains had multiple holes in them, allowing light to pass in to my room. Excellent staff. Facility not what I expected. We had a smoke-free room and all the rooms on our hall were designated as nonsmoking, but cigarette smoke lingered throughout. Especially at the stairwell. Free breakfast is advertised and plays a part in our decision making, but there was nothing fresh, cooked or cold. No juice, no water, no milk. Very bad choice good location this hotel does not have room service. Rooms appear to be clean but check the mattress cover and pillows very carefully. We had to buy pillows and a mattress cover. The staff were really trying to help and found some better pillows. Some of the rooms seem to have better and cleaner room. The transition between the carpet and flooring was loose and I cut my foot walking to the sink. We spent 70$ and a hour of work before the room was safe and clean enough to stay. Beyond disappointing I called the morning of our reservation to arrange an early check in, but instead found out that Expedia never confirmed the room and they were booked. While we were waiting for the hotel to call back, Expedia sent us an email to call to make alternate arrangements. The hotel called back and offered us a lesser room in the hotel they bought and were renovating. Extended Stay said they comp'd the room, if so Expedia pocketed it because I never got it back.
