There was no carpet in the room like there was as pictured, has a mini kitchen but every cabinet and drawer is empty so its useless, the room was not clean and the hallways smelled like fish and hot garbage, as the room smelled like cigarette smoke. The tv was ridiculously small, and there was no cable service, just about 6 unclear channels. They charge extra for good wifi and eveything in the room was ripped, stained and scratched. Room was clean but untidy. Sink was stopped up. Staff on front desk more involved with each other than serving guests.

We checked in at 9 PM and we waited 24min for a staff member to come to the front desk to assist. When we got our room the bottom lock did not work on the room. The same staff member came up to the room, evaluated the bottom lock and told us that we would simply have to use the top lock. I told her that is a major safety issue and requested another room. Bed bugs no more needs to be said and they did not offer to do anything about it.

Awful stat We arrived around 11pm with our 3 month old and friend. We had booked 2 rooms, and when we gave our name he said he couldn’t find it. I kept showing him my reservation and he would look again and say he couldn’t find it. He then tells us that we’re probably at the wrong place and it’s the Extended Stay across the street. Disappointed since I have stayed there in the past The carpet was not vacuumed, the oven had dried up food on top, the dresser had dried up food as well

Horribke rooms smell, no dishes you have to ask for them, they are dirty have dust all over the place. Only good thing is they refunded the second night as i changed hotels

not the best it was dirty and smelled like smoke - the staff was hard to find - but they were nice when you could find them. not the end of the world but i would not go back

We can do better They did not have the room i paid for when i booked. There was a dirty cleaning rag that had to have been there no less than a week just laying there on the bathroom counter. Really no big, go to use shower and the shower doesn’t work. Called the front desk and the lady says “ohhhhkayyyyy, i really don’t what you want me to do about that, there’s no one here but me”
