we had great service, but sadly not hot water. My only complaint.

Fine for a long drive stopover. Breakfast was coffee and granola bars.

The hotel was convenient to get to and appealing. Guest services were polite and informative. The room was clean and comfortable. It was very nice to have a standard size refrigerator in the room instead of a mini-fridge. A coffee maker in the room would have been great (this was optional and could have been requested at check in; I was unaware until I was in the room and too tired to go back). I will look for this chain on future trips prior to choosing another hotel.

Alright for the price It was okay for the price. The WiFi didn't work at all with my computer, very limited with the channels you can watch on cable, and the light by my bed didn't work because the end of the cord was cut off. Also, I don't think my a/c was working properly. This didn't help me much with things I needed to work on while I was in the room. I know they only give the rooms a full cleaning once a week but it would be nice if they would at least come in daily and freshen the towels and empty the trash. On the goo... read more
