Booked for two nights...stayed one The hotel staff was nice enough and the room was clean but the free continental breakfast consisted of a coffee bar that was out of coffee. The upstairs guests’ kids ran, jumped and shouted until after 1:00 am as well as cat fights, dogs barking, traffic etc. In the morning, through the bathroom vent, you could clearly hear a potentially violent fight full of profanity from the upstairs guests. No room available. Hotel was over booked arrival. AARP reservation person booked hotel too far from meeting location. No room available at arrival. Had to rebook at other property across street. Room not well kept. Dated and broken furniture. Breakfast had very sparse selections. Only a few muffins and no hot water for hot chocolate. Overall experience very poor.

False advertisement and dangerous accommodations This was one of the worse hotel stays in my LIFE. MY ROOM WAS LEFT OPEN ALL DAY AND EXPOSED TO THE PUBLIC. MY PHONE HAD NO NUMBERS AND DID NOT FUNCTION. THEY DONT EXPLAIN THAT THEY CLEAN THE ROOMS ONLY ONCE A WEEK AND THAT YOU HAVE TO REQUEST FRESH TOWELS AND WASH CLOTHS OR YOU DONT GET THEM. AND WHAT IS ADVERTISED AS A FULL BREAKFAST IS COFFEE AND A GRANOLA BAR AND POSSIBLY A DANISH, WHICH IS BARELY A CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST AND THAT WHICH IS SERVED IS STALE AND BARELY EDIBLE. ... read more

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! this hotel was gross. stains on the floor, in kitchen and in bathroom. Crumbs everywhere. There was no point to having the kitchen since there were no dishes, utensils or pots and pans. I had booked room for 2 nights but refused to stay the second night due to the condition of the hotel. Tried to get a refund for the second night, but hotel manager refused despite the condition of the room. This was for business, and could have ultimately been a four week stay. Pathetic..,no TV at all for hours now because Sat No TV at all now for several hours because of Satellite and closest repair people are 2 hours away. I have set here in this quiet hotel for way too long and they said the manager would call me but not once have I heard from the manager. I think I should have gotten my money back and been able to go get a motel with TV but the manager doesn’t even call back. This is absolutely pathetic

Temporary Housing Displaced Govt Housing Tenants The entire first floor of this hotel and most of the second floor is currently being occupied by temporarily displaced government housing tenants. Also, the one and only elevator is out of service.

TV has lines all the way down it and they know sounds like somebody slamming doors all the time. Also, lines all down the TV and they knew about it when they put me in the room

Would not recommend Wish I had followed my instincts and not checked in at all. One sign posted in the check in office made it clear as to why not to stay at this facility.

Disappointing We’ve stayed at extended stay hotels before but this one was awful. We checked in late after driving for 8 hrs, Richmond is our half way point to our final destination in Savannah. Minimally, we expected a clean comfortable room but it was not. It was filthy. The floor was sticky and every surface looked like it had been cleaned with a muddy cloth. I spent the first 45 min cleaning the room. The bed was comfortable and the water was hot, but do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.
