Room could have been cleaner, but was otherwise just what I needed for a short trip. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location central for my needs - mall, restaurants and hospital closeby.

Hallway and check areas very dirty. So different at Henrietta location. Laud music up to 2 am wasn't able to rest. A very bad experience.

One thing that wasn't good was that our original room wasn't ready for guests. I called the front desk, she apologized and quickly brought up new keys for another room which was in great condition. So it was made right, quickly
