The heater in the room didn’t work and the tv was out of signal even after I had an employee check both things for me .

Tv did not work and when we asked staff for help they refused to send somwone to room to help. There was no bathtub in room. There was no breakfast. We had a room next to us that had their music on very loud till 2am having a party and staff again declined to help.

Me and my son checked in around 9:30.That evening when grabbed some dinner grabbed a few other things.Probably got back to the room like 10:40 / 11:00 like about 2:30 in the morning somebody pulled the fire alarm that went off from two thirty to about four the front desk wasn't able to turn it off. The fired apartment took their sweet precious time. If it was an emergency, we would have been burned down. Grab and go breakfast bar is just that, grab a coffee and snack bar and get out as fast as possible. Dirty hotel, needs major renovation. Staff were helpful and nice. Room was clean but very dated.

Entering the room, the drawers were scratched up broken. The bathroom sink didn’t look new at all inside of it had patches. The border in the kitchen was ripped up by the sink.
