I had a family emergency called the hotel to tell them I was not gong to get there until the next morning; but to please hold my room. I was assured it was till there and they would make note. I called several times after that as I was not able to get there until 24 hours from original expected arrival as they were informed. When I got there, there were undesirables hanging outside, I stood at the counter for 30 minutes waiting for a desk clerk as smelly disturb people sat there and stared at me. I will never deal with Expedia again. Overbooked hotel. Had only smoking room available for me. Very disappointed

The staff were all very sweet. The room was clean. The bed was comfy. The room was pretty cheap. No complaints.
