Computer system was down at check-in, not the staffs fault. They did try and handle it. The hotel property is dirty, the entrance rugs stained. Stayed for 3 nights, no room service. If we needed towels or toilet paper, we had to go to the front desk ourselves carrying our dirty towels to get replacements. double beds (way too small). Advertised breakfast was just granola bars.

Non-smokers BEWARE! Just because there is a card in the room that states it's a "Non-smoking" room doesn't mean it's really a non-smoking room. We booked a "Non-smoking" room for a reason, buy was put in a room that absolutely reeked of cig smoke! It wasn't a one time smoker; this room had been a smoking room for quite some time. They didn't have very many rooms available so I feel like they pulled a bait and switch on us. Very dishonest!
