Comfortable bed, but avoid this hotel if you can. Very dim lighting throughout the building, not very clean, broken furniture, and there was a musky mildew smell. I have been staying with Extended Stay America for years and have noticed a dramatic decline in quality but this is a the absolute worst I have seen. Absolutely NOT worth the cost.

Every night there were people outside that sounded like they were fighting, being noisy and obnoxious. The place was a lottle outdated, which really is not a big deal. In my room, the sink leaked, and so did the fridge. The carpet was sticky, and what ever was on in stuck to your feet or shoes. Which was nasty.

I booked a non-smoking room and every day we came back it smelled of weed. People hanging out outside day and night and the place was run down and dirty. Do not recommend.

The property was a section 8 housing unit. People yelling and cops were called. Door wouldn’t lock because it looked like it was once broken into. Tried other hotels but no availability. Recommendation, remove this hotel as an option. Need to know how I could possibly get a refund. Booked for two nights and left first thing in the morning after first night.

Not a real breakfast as described on website: it was just coffee and snacks, even not provide milk. In bathroom, there was no shampoo, just a small piece of soap. In bedroom, the lamp between two beds was not working. There were no power sockets around beds and table, so that we had to unplug the power of digit clock or TV to charge our cell phones. One of legs was almost broken, that supported the table. There were some visible stains in bed sheets. Overall, it is a terrible experience.
