I booked online with Expedia . When I arrived they didn’t have my reservation and told me they we sold out for evening. The girl at front desk did try to help me find a room but was unsuccessful. I stayed at a different hotel however I WAS CHARGED $113 EVEN THOUGH I DIDN’T STAY THERE. My bank was able to get a refund

Lvs The property and rooms needs a facelift. I have stayed in same hotel before in different cities but none has been old and worn down as this. Also, no glasses to use.

Awful room condition Condition of room was awful. Smelled of smoke. Carpet had burns and stains. Shower curtain rod broken. They could not move me to another room so we checked out after one night and went to a different hotel.

Not memorable The whole place smelled like smoke. There were no dishes or glassware. Breakfast was a joke.

Worst hotel I ever stayed. One of our rooms did not have any water, there were roaches. The place was very unclean.
