Rooms were dirty; room next door to us seemed to have long stay residents with signs posted to their door asking not to be cleaned; hallways reeked of smoke; asked for a cot and it was unbearable to sleep on - springs could be felt completely through thin mattress. Asked for assistance but got none. Just said if we didn’t want it someone else would. Told we had a room with two beds but apparently desk clerk didn’t understand the difference between “double bed” and “two beds”; Personnel were very rude and dismissive. Will be ... read more

Won’t stay again. Dumpy. Dated. Room had multiple issues. Ceiling had holes/cracks. Towel bar in bathroom coming off wall. Whole hotel smelled like weed.

It was a smoke free hotel yet our room smelled like someone was smoking. We had no maid service, this despite the fact that we had a clogged toilet. When we retuned to the hotel to sleep the clog was gone but it was not cleaned up.There were dried out pieces of toilet paper on the floor. obviously from an overflow while unclogging the toilet. We were too tired to call anyone and were leaving the next morning. The hallways and once the front entrance smelled like someone was smoking marijuana. The breakfast was awful.

The rooms were very dirty, the appliances did not work, the staff is unfriendly

NO. DONT STAY HERE! The entire Hotel smelt of pot and tobacco. The pillow smelt like someone’s dirty head. The room was over all…. Icky. The Air conditioner didn’t work. I felt the need to wash my clothes as soon As I returned home. The “Breakfast” in the am was coffee and granola bars and you had to walk through cigarette smokers to get to it. The entire first floor (lobby area) stunk of smoke. I was disappointed to say the least. 142.00 and we couldn’t wait to get the hell out!
