Expected more The hotel is in a decent area and very close to good shopping. Room is very spacious but dated and the bathroom was not clean. They seemed to have installed new flooring and all of the markings was still there. They did not attempt to wipe it down. Some of the other motels that we stayed in during our roadtrip had far better breakfast for the same price. Terrible smell in the stairs area going to the parking lot.

We were in town for graduation at RIT. We spent three nights in a very large, comfortable room with a kitchen.
