The toilet didn't work and after notifying them at 12:30--it wasn't fixed 3 hours later. Called again at 4:30 and said they would call me back--didn't happen. Hours later I went to the lobby to complain and she said she would put in a 911 call for urgent help. I asked about another room (the dresser drawer was broken too) and she said none were available. My room had ants, only one burner worked shower leaked all night could not be turned off. Told front desk no discount of accommodations was offered and i stay there frequently.

No way to tell who works there no uniforms staff lie’s about everything gym open door not working entire week side doors not working. Car was vandalized out side my window. Ask Nancy and Francisco to file report said they did never happened more lie’s. Canceled my stay till April. Checked out 2/11/22 to go to Greece location got all the way there and clerk there said Henrietta location canceled your stay here because you yelled at her. Within first half hour of entering the room, the towel rack fell off the wall, the toilet wouldn't flush, and 2 bed bugs crawling on bed. Immediately left and went to another hotel.

The hotel wasn’t the cleanest. Checking was good although we did have to switch rooms because of them not being clean. There was also mold in the freezer.
