Smells like smoke in none smoking rooms. People bbq in parking lot. Drinking in parking lot. People partying in parking lot.

Beware - we books 2 rooms on 2 separate reservations on Expedia. The night before the corporate reservations even offered to book the room while I spoke to him and instead I booked on Expedia. We arrived around 8:30pm after traveling about 10 hours that day and were told that no rooms were available at all. No communication UNTIL we walked in. We had to travel another 1.25 hours east to find two more suitable rooms. No compensation by the hotel. Only a sad bearer of bad news. I felt sorry for her.

when you book online a week in advance, drive 900 miles and just want to crash DON’T come here. i show up at 10PM and they sold my room. i had to drive another 125 miles to get a room in syracuse. btw, the place is a looks and smells like a urinal at rich stadium.

I booked a hotel room here through Expedia. Arrived, gave the front desk my name. They had the reservation and said that Expedia was supposed to phone me and tell me that the the hotel didn't have a room for me. Zero customer service, zero explanation. I was stuck with no place to stay. I was not even permitted house a restroom. I need tome refunded from Expedia.

They gave away our room before we got there. Not cool.

Expedia was the problem apparently - we arrived at the hotel at 11:30 on the first night of our reservation and were told we do not have a room for you. This after Expedia had already confirmed, multiple times, and took my money. The very nice but on the spot clerk kept referring to the "third party" as the problem - as in Expedia. The folks at Extended Stay did what they could to help but I ended up having to sleep on the floor.
