Awful room condition Condition of room was awful. Smelled of smoke. Carpet had burns and stains. Shower curtain rod broken. They could not move me to another room so we checked out after one night and went to a different hotel.

Not memorable The whole place smelled like smoke. There were no dishes or glassware. Breakfast was a joke.

Worst hotel I ever stayed. One of our rooms did not have any water, there were roaches. The place was very unclean.

The toilet didn't work and after notifying them at 12:30--it wasn't fixed 3 hours later. Called again at 4:30 and said they would call me back--didn't happen. Hours later I went to the lobby to complain and she said she would put in a 911 call for urgent help. I asked about another room (the dresser drawer was broken too) and she said none were available.
