They gave away our room before we got there. Not cool.

Expedia was the problem apparently - we arrived at the hotel at 11:30 on the first night of our reservation and were told we do not have a room for you. This after Expedia had already confirmed, multiple times, and took my money. The very nice but on the spot clerk kept referring to the "third party" as the problem - as in Expedia. The folks at Extended Stay did what they could to help but I ended up having to sleep on the floor. Disgusting. Dog poop in the corner of our room. Hair all over the shower/tub. Looks like the room hasn't been cleaned for a long time. Dirt and grime everywhere. Room smelled like cigarette smoke and urine.

DON'T STAY HERE The room reserved wasn't available. They gave us a key to another room... when we owned the door someone was sleeping in the room! OMG. The second bed in our was a sleeper sofa with stains all over the mattress. YUK! And to make it worse... they had no sheets available for the mattress... even when asked! DON'T STAY HERE.

Nice People but wont be back Had to move to 2 different rooms. Charged me double. The people were nice. They seem overwhelmed with the maintaining of the property. Loud people. Fire alarms going off nightly. Luckily my guests found the humor in the whole thing. If you are looking to save money, the place I guess serves its purpose. I would not book this place for someone else.

Worst place to stay It was the most disgusting place I have ever stayed changed rooms because the first one wasn’t even clean pee still in the toilet and the second room had a smell the janitor that was cleaning was unprofessional and dressed inappropriately will never stay again!!!
