A good deal for a comfy room. Spent the night when dropping off our daughter at RIT. Clean rooms with kitchens - I didn't realize until we were leaving that you could request pots and pans and dishes, etc. It was a good deal for the area. The location is behind a strip mall so it was easy to go out and get groceries, etc. - not a charming location but it felt safe and was definitely convenient.
I reserved a king size bed .. was told on arrival there were no kings left .. no waste paper basket in room … Fire alarm went off 1:45 am .. called front desk .. phone dead … other than that the room was clean and sanitized..

The room was clean. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was the weed smell in the hallway first thing in the morning and in the evening coming from the rooms! It’s suppose to be a smoke free property! Smoke free includes weed!
