We checked in 45 minutes late and received our room key. Went to the room only to be surprised that it was not cleaned at all. Check in was supposed to be at 3. We finally got into our room after 6

It was a pretty good stay but could’ve been better The maid service was horrible. I left a garbage bag outside of my door she kept on knocking on my door several times after I asked her if she could take it because I don’t know where to put it she never took it so therefore I had to leave the garbage bag in the room she was very rude about it never showed me where I could throw it out she said I had to throw it out but I didn’t know where. Fine for no frills and a bed to sleep in The staff was friendly and professional. I had a problem with plumbing in my room and the staff moved me right away. The main problem with the hotel is that it is really run down. Definitely has seen better days. That and the smell of weed that permeates the hallways. Thankfully, it did not fill my room.

Valuable customer Didn't originally get the room I booked online. The room I did have was good and clean but the people staying above me was very loud and obnoxious,kept us up at night and woke us up early in the morning. Such a disappointed.
