1. Receptionist upon check-in did not display the "welcome; we are glad to have you as our guest" persona. 2. The grab-and-go breakfast was abysmal. Sunday at 9 am, there wasn't anything (receptionist told me they had run out of everything, and admitted that many guests were upset); Monday at 7:30 am, there was only coffee. Nice love it will be staying there again
The rooms were very bare..one painting on wall..one lounge chair one office chair that was not working right ..lots of homeless people staying there
