I got bit by bed bugs room 330. Room looked cleaned but again, I got bit by bed bugs. They manager was supposed to contact me and I still haven’t heard anything yet. They didn’t even offer me a refund after I told them I got bit by bed bugs. I have pictures and videos to prove it. All they said was a manager will contact you and it’s been 5 days already. Will NEVER stay there again.

Room was nice for just me I requested a non smoking room as soon as I entered you could tell the previous guest smoked in there. As I was cleaning the room there where cigarette ashes between the bed and night stand. There where hairs in the bathroom and the floor had dirt on it. All in all the room was nice. Apparently they just give you a room and call it non smoking and don’t have designated rooms for either or

It was the most horrible i have ever experienced. Could not sleep called the front desk tons of times for people above us being loud banging jumping fighting and nothing got done about it

The Elevators need to be clean and disinfected the microwave had no glass plate to heat up my food the refrigerator was old The furniture should be updated for the price that they charge
