Not bad for the price Just stayed overnight on the way to somewhere else. Management was friendly but the room had no dishes,glasses or silverware which is usual in an extended stay room with stove sink and microwave. We ate out of frozen dinner packages and that was fine

Staff didn't make requested wake-up call, room needed maintenance, breakfast was too skimpy. Room was clean, staff checked initially to see that everything was okay.

No-frills...just sleep This is my go-to hotel in Rochester. Staff is nice, rooms are clean and location is good. Make sure to ask for cups, silverware and pots when you check in. You even get a small pack of dish washing liquid in your room!
get it together When we arrived we were told that we had two rooms but they made us contact Expedia to resolve it. When we got to the room we found that the air conditioning was broken They switched us to a Nother room but failed to reset her keys so we had to go back down to the desk to get the key reprogrammed not the way to start a vacation

overpriced The location of this hotel is kind of tucked out of the way, but good access to the interstate and the greater Rochester area. Overpriced for the area. The staff were very pleasant.

The cleanliness of the room itself was okay, but the facilty smelled. It was obvious that people were smoking in the non-smoking rooms. People were venting their kitchen smoke/smells into the halls. The breakfast was bare minimum and left us wanting. I personally didn't shop this room. The price would have to be significantly better than others for me to stay at and Extended Stay ever again.

No one advised us that we did not have maid service and upon coming back to hotel late in the evening finding the bed unmade was a big dissapointment. Had I knowm I would have made it myself, also towels ee used were left on batroom floor as we expected them to be picked up.
