Decent, accessible Hotel was perfectly fine, and quite affordable.

A very good hotel with not so good staff The Hotel is very clean and well located. I was surprised the night staff were not aware of booking through Hotels.com, had to do lots of convincing.

Nice hotel, close to all amenities. I was comfortable, felt safe and looked after. Having your own kitchenette was a bonus and very helpful. Staff was very friendly and helpful. What I liked most about the staff was their efficiency during registration.
Rochester Review Spent a week at the Extended Stay America just off busy Jefferson Road in the south part of the Rochester NY area. My room and the facility looked clean and had the basics that you would expect from a studio apartment. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, But, my concern would be the lack of security. There was no attendent at the front desk at night and no lock on the building entrance door. Lack of a parking garage must cause problems in winter. No amenities, just the basics here.
Nice hotel, well appointed room. Very comfortable bed. Just remember to bring a blow dryer, there was not one in the bathroom.
Nice quiet ( in private) hotel. We did experience a fire alarm going off and fire department arrived in matter of minutes. On the floor above us there was something left on the stove when occupants were out. We did not have to wait long to go back into our rooms.

good, affordable hotel I stayed here two nights for a concert. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the shower had great pressure and very hot water. Will be staying again!
Good but not great The room was pretty much as described online. It was a little musty smelling when we checked in but after I turned on the A/C it cleared up by the next morning. Two issues made the stay a little disappointing for me: -I specifically reserved a non-accessible room but that was all they had available when we checked in.
