Disappointing I picked this place since we are traveling with my older daughter and our dog - there is as divider and we had a small sitting area for when my other daughter came by with friends (she lives in Rock Hill). Our room was clean, but we had NO hot water in our shower. We tried at night and tried again in the morning. Turned the nozzle every which way we could, but nothing worked. We were concerned about the location as soon as we pulled into the parking lot and not able to discern where the entrance was. The check in process was smooth. The room was decent but looked a bit old. I would not put our luggage on the floor however because the carpet was a dark color. Therefore, I could not tell what may have been on the carpet. Definitely not the cleanest extended stay I have ever stayed at. The first room they gave me I killed a cockroach immediately and had dirt in the sheets. Went to call the front desk and the phone cord was ripped in half. Second room had washcloths filled with hairs and dents in the walls.
