Never Again! The hotel felt sketchy. First, they make a photocopy of your DL or ID and can keep it for up to 30 days (I will be monitoring my credit). We arrived and requested two rooms, we were assigned our rooms but one of the rooms was still being cleaned (ugh). So we dropped everything in one room until it was ready. Never staying here again The floors were not clean, I could feel the dirt under my feet. The AC unit took over 20 minutes to turn on and start cooling the room. Then we found a cockroach in the morning running across the kitchen area of the room. Absolutely disgusting, and when we checked out I let the front desk person know about the cockroach, she didn't even seem alarmed and just said oh I'm sorry I'll have someone spray. I can't believe that was her reaction, clearly seems like that is something she hears a lot.

Shortened my stay. First time we've ever stayed at an Extended Stay! My expectations weren't met at all. The place had many customers that must live there ongoing. They'd sit out in front of their door in a chair and watch people. That wasn't comfortable for me. Not much in toiletries, and NO hair dryer? I had to go to office with wet hair to get one. The beds were so hard that by my second night of not sleeping I decided not to stay the third prepaid night. Probably one of my worst hotel experiences.

I made reservations at this place then they wait till I show up to the hotel tell me they no longer have no more rooms .

Don't book this hotel!! Showed up to the hotel after driving 9 hours with a 6 year old to a room that did not exist because they had over booked. And what a coincidence they did the very same thing to my sister the same night. Stop selling rooms you don't have extended stay!! Place is ghetto it's a motel. You have to get buzzed into the "lobby" which is a room basically with a desk. Avoid this place at all costs. Even if you book you will probably show up to no room anyway so don't waste your time. Not Happy Just not happy. To many guest smoke on stairs. The room was not available as indicated on confirmation.
