Never got to check in. Avoid this reservation! We arrived early and was told our room was not available. We told the clerk we would be back at 1030pm and was advised they would make a note in our reservation. At 1045pm, we arrived and was told our room was not available anymore. The site says they allow check in until 1200am. This is not true. They overbook and it is first come first serve. The very nice clerk contacted Orbitz and she told them the situation and Orbitz rebooked another room for us a few miles away. We finall... read more

Terrible Noisy hotel. Dirty rooms. Found roaches in the room. Smelly rooms. Towels were dirty with makeup and smelly

Overnight Stay While my husband took our RV in for maintenance, we live in it, I decided to stay in this hotel because of a very earlie hour of the maintenance. When I walked into the lobby, there was no one there for a few minutes and no way to get attention. Also, in the corner by the front desk was the peeling of an entire orange on the floor! Stay somewhere else! Worst hotel experience of my life. This hotel functions as a place for homeless people to stay. Some in the hotel and some in the bushes. There was nothing in the room, no clock, hangers, etc. Because we arrived after a 12 hour drive we spent the night, but checked out immediately the next morning. I felt unsafe.

Better on the other side of freeway. This location seems to have a lot of people living there. Beds were hard. Carpet was dirty. Kitchen had roaches. Location was ok, better on the other side of the freeway (torched car right across the street from hotel). Staff was friendly, but slow.

no---just no. Upon our arrival, we were placed in a room that was filthy. We were moved to another room that was cleaner--but still not clean by basic standards--but acceptable-ish; and we had to ask for the kitchen items, blow dryer, and remote for the TV---which resulted in multiple trips up and down the stairs. The electric outlet in the bathroom did not work--and the bathtub had to be wiped out before we used it (basic cleaning does not seem to happen here). There was animal hair on the carpet and chairs. Unprofessional and disorganized I drove almost two hours to a room that I had reserved 4 days prior. They called me at 9:45 p.m. and said sorry to call so late but we are overbooked and you no longer have a room. I was literally 10 minutes away. Had my young daughter with me and we had to search for a room until midnight. Get your act together it's a service industry.
