Room is very dirty! The room is really dirty, hairs on the bed, dirt debris and some sticky stains on the wood floor. I reported to front desk and asked if I can change room sice the room that they gave us is really dirty and I was told that they don’t have anything available. I asked them to at least clean the room and they told me that they don’t have house keeper available at the time and they can just give me a broom to sweep the floor! Ridiculous!
I feel like it was more of a rental property than a hotel.
The stove was half broken, the toilet kept plugging up, outside smelled like raw sewage. There was no maintenance staff, the WiFi broke down and management would not return my calls
never again All around bad like broken sink, smelled in room smelled like sewage outside after it rained. It had cockroaches, no maintenance staff on duty. broken WiFi. terrible customer service until checkout when I complained they comped my last night
Really need new housekeepers Two times when staying here my room was filthy. The second time they switched my room from a dirty floor and squished bug on the wall to a room with filthy sheets.
I want a refund don’t stay here It was awful
They have our room away despite late check in. Previously requested a late check in and by 11:00 pm that night they gave our room away.
not pleasant There were roaches in the room. Bed was uncomfortable. Didn't enjoy it
not what I expected!? it was just ok. the first room was ok...till the toilet didn't work. it had a stove top..we wanted to do an early thanksgiving but not good cooking facility for that. the 2nd room had chip or burn on the court so they did not rent us that room. the third room was ok...but the wall thermostat did not work. you had to do temp by hand yourself. told us have breakfast...consists of coffee , instant oatmeal & or granola bars....so we had to spend money to eat out everyday & couldn't prepare anything for than... read more
