Motel de passage Nous avions reserve une chambre double arrivé après un voyage de 15 h fatigués on nous dit qu'il n'y a pas de chambre double.On nous propose 2 chambres simples toutes 2 a 100m de distance et pour au moins une semaine.Nous acceptons pour dormir au moins une nuit.Chambre d'une saleté répugnante, draps froissés gris de saleté, taies d'oreiller douteuses.frigo dans la kitchenette qui fuyait obligée de mettre les serviettes pour éponger, reste de nourriture de l'ancien clent,et j'en passe.... j'ai dormi toute hab... read more

A Very Bad experience with Extended Stay First Of all the elevators were down . Also room cold and looks like that Heating system was also down , And they never send someone to make my room too. I do not go back ti this place again !

Will NEVER Return Staff not attentive to repairing inoperable heating unit, which failed to operate for 3 days despite numerous calls & apparently 2 work orders. Room had several stains & dust from previous occupants and a bed lacked a flat sheet. You get what you pay for; but here, probably less.

Unsafe Hotel This hotel should be taken off your list. Unsafe, dirty and shady characters lurking around. Women urinating in public behind the hotel, cigarette butts everywhere. I had to check out after one night and move to another hotel. That was a first for me!

I wish there was a negative star rating number! I wish there was a negative star rating for the number I would give this hotel and the experience we had. I honestly have never written a hotel review in my entire life and for the first time I am inclined to do so for the Extended Stay in Sacramento! We got caught in a snow storm in Reno and was not able to check in on time so we called the hotel and they assured us they would keep our room. When we arrived at 11:30 pm the lobby was closed even though the sign said they close... read more
