Terrible. Didn't have my room. The room I did get was dirty had no soap and the customer service was terrible. I will never stay there again.

My "non-smoking" room experience Smelled so strongly it permeated my clean clothes in my suitcase. So much that friends commented "I didn't know you're a smoker!!" Bathroom fan shook the entire room, could hear people next door talking and having sex. But for the price; you get what you pay for

Unworthy The only good thing about this hotel was that across the freeway was a great variety of Resturant and shopping. But I would never take my family to this hotel

Not good. The staff was friendly. The area was sketchy. The rooms were not clean and smelled like a mixture of stale smoke, meth and feces. Not good.

My worse stay ever! I had stayed at his hotel previously and my experience was okay. But this time, it was a total disappointment. First of all the room was cold and the heater was out. We had to buy an area heater to warm up. The manager wasn't available and the poor girl at the front desk didn't know what to do. Then my bedsheets were dirty. I was given clean bedsheets but they were out of blankets. Then to top it off, in the morning we saw a cockroach. Yuck!!! I will never stay there again.

Baaaaaad place We figured paying $88 for this room, we would be satisfied, and didn't expect top notch accomodations, but this hotel was frightening. There were unsavory characters in the hallways, the lobby, the parking lot... There was even an arrest in the parking lot. While we were there We expected to find our car vandalized over night, which amazingly it wasn't. There was a kitchen but the only supply was a dish cloth and two plastic cups. No dishes, utensils, coffee maker, pans..... nothing. The tub drain did not work... read more

Disappointing and unsafe I hoped that since the hotel was near The mall it would have been good, I was wrong. It was not only disappoint, it was loud and unsafe. The first room issued had a one inch gap at the top of the door and the security key did not function properly. When I notified the hotel clerk and requested a new room, she did not even apologize for my unconvinced nor was I upgraded to a nicer room. The new room issued was not cleaned well. I will not stay here again nor would I recommend it. Very disappointing!

Very basic lodging Very basic room. No coffee maker in room. Probably on par with Motel 6. Breakfast coffee and granola bar in office. Nothing else
