horrible. The heater was broken, the room was freezing and stunk of wet dog and mold. Walked in, tried to get heater working... walked out - could not stand the place.

COCKROACHES IN THE UNIT... STAY AWAY COCKROACHES IN THE UNIT... THIS PLACE WAS HORRIBLE. NOT AS ADVERTISED WHATSOEVER. I WOULD PAY A LITTLE EXTRA TO STAY

Don't stay here... Don't know if I'd stay here again, as the area was a bit shady and the tenants a bit questionable. Spend the extra money and go elsewhere.

Terrible, run Bugs in room floor was sticky, tub had hair in it bed was not clean

Arrived at the hotel to check in. Clerk was on a 10 - 15 min. break, so we went to dinner. When we arrived back at the hotel, I was told [VERY RUDELY] that my "Confirmed reservation" had been sold. They had NO rooms available, and that "Confirmed" meant "pending availability". No assistance was given to find another hotel. Was told I would have to contact Expedia. Ended up going down the street to the only other hotel in the area, Hilton and spending 2 x's the money for the night.

Just needed a place to stay at 11 am sharp they're banging on your door trying to kick u out or they will charge an extra $25

Close to CalExpo but that was about it It was dirty and out dated. The sheets and towels had stains on them so we had to sleep freezing because who would want to touch those...

Terrible business Hotel booked the room I had made reservations for. Arrived to hotel at 2am to be informed that my reservation was not available and I could not be refunded. Just so happened to be early Thanksgiving day and was placed in a position which was extremely inconvenient. Was tired and was left without a place to rest for the evening. I ended up finding a sub-par hotel nearby over an hour later (330am), which left me only a few hours to sleep before having to wake up to spend the holiday with family. I still have ... read more

The room was dirty, it had a bad smell, the dresser and beds were falling apart. The first room was so bad I had to get another. This hotel looks nothing like the pictures. AND there was a stove but no pots and/or pans. Never will I visit here again. Definitely not worth the price.
