Never even got too check they said it was a 3 hour wait at 1am ridiculous

Bare bones-should have stayed at Motel 6 & saved $ The only reason I don’t want to complain is for the staffs sake! They were all friendly! I realize it’s extended stay, but the cooking smells in hallway were overwhelming and nauseating. Couldn’t get the television To go on! The room is bare, no coffee pot or dishes. (Don’t know how it’s considered extended stay). No shampoo! No breakfast as stated, just grab & go granola bar or muffin.

The front doors were locked when got there even though it’s a nice neighborhood. The refrigerator in the room seemed to be broken and was making a noise all night long and kept us up half the night. The short head was broken and was spraying us in the face and the wall on the other side of the shower. Overall wasn’t worth what we paid.

WARNING- DO NOT STAY HERE After riving from Socal, I arrived after midnight and was told that I could not check in for about 1 hour because of a nightly audit, (this was not listed in any site) they did inform me that because I already paid for the room (fully paid) I was already ASSIGNED a room but they could not give it to me because they need my deposit. I offered to leave my card at the front desk but a call to the manager squashed that. I had to wait over 1 hr to be checked in (no lobby) just standing there. When I did ... read more

Beds were terrible, bathroom, towels dirty and so were the blankets, floor dirty and the office chairs were disgusting.

Not up to expectations There is a lack of transparency between Hotels.com and properties listed on their site. This property was listed as pet friendly, but charged an additional $200 for a two night stay. I traveled for a Sheepdog Competition with two working dogs. I felt the staff was not that welcoming or interested in my stay. The experience will change my accommodation selection as I schedule upcoming events. The facility and room seemed quite worn, with minimal amenities.
