Horrible Stay - Triens to rip me off, cleaning fee Front staff was rude with an attitude. Took my card for a fee, after the stay found my card charged $100 for cleaning fee. Literally checked in after 7pm got up early and left. Hardly touched the room. I guess someone didn’t think I would check my card status. I called back and was told it was a cleaning fee, complete BS more like taking me to the cleaners! DO NOT STAY HERE!! Horrible hotel. Everything was disgusting and unsanitary. Towels were dirty, tub was stained/dirty, carpets were stinky/stained, bed was uncomfortable/terrible quality with BED BUGS. Hallways smelled like pee, cigarettes, marijuana, lots of perfume sprayed to cover up the disgusting smell. Staff seemed like they were tweaked out. Horrible vibe and gave me creepy vibes.

I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. I found a long black hair in our bed and another in the shower. I don't think they changed the sheets or cleaned this room

not again the People above us up banging all hrs of the night till 3:30am! Mattress way to soft and painfully uncomfortable! Coffee pot was wrong size (too small for the machine) my husband burned his fingers trying to hold up pot to drain, he got 2nd degree burns on first two fingers! That was just the first night and morning!!! The 2nd night we came in from family to a lobby that reeked of Pot!!!! That night/morning 4am fire alarm went off through out....
