The place was dirty. Fixtures coming off walls, just not what I paid for.

Was given a room that was not cleaned. Had to change to another room that was better but not totally clean. After a long travel day it was not worth moving rooms again.

STAY FAR AWAY Fire alarm went off at midnight (things happen) which woke us up then they pounded on our door (figured it was to make sure we were getting out) but they basically accused us of cooking something or creating the problem. We had just traveled 14 hours straight and when we got to that room it was truly lights out. Anyway about 25 minutes later we got back to our room and tried to sleep. Elk grove extended stay It was ok, we were able to check in early which was nice and convenient since we had a wedding to attend. However we were checked into a room where the cleaning staff was still busy cleaning, which we were unware of. As we entered our room the cleaning staff seemed to be smoking weed while "cleaning the room". It was a bit awkward. People throughout the hotel were yelling and fighting throughout the night. We would never come back to this hotel again unfortunately.
