Room wasn’t cleaned We checked in at 3:30 and we were told our room wasn’t yet available, but would be within the hour. We went about our business and returned that night at 11:00pm to the bag of dirty linens from the previous guest and beds unmade. There were no other rooms available, so we stayed elsewhere Still working on getting a refund.

Staff was friendly. The air conditioner worked great.They were out of conditioner and lotion. There was a folded up napkin proping up the microwave. The bed was old and made noise everytime we rolled over. The carpet in the hallway was dirty and gross.

Dirty bedsheets and stain matress cover. My bedsheets were not changed, hair and filth on them. When I called counter people, they brought clean sheets for me to change them. Pulling used bedsheets, I uncovered stained dirty matress covers. The 2nd bed opening 1st cover, had menstrual pieces and stains, this topped it! I was very furious 😠 but kept calm.
